HR Business Partner

About The Position

We are looking for an amazing, talented, experienced and motivated HR BP,  to join our HR team. You will be working with our global business units (Sales, SEM and Customer Success), implement our organizational culture and values, and align our HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. You should have a global experience that includes hiring the right talent, supporting employee & managers development, running orientation and onboarding processes and implementing HR processes within the units. You should be the “go to” person and the consultant for the managers and the people in your units.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the recruitment processes “end to end” within your business units 
  • Manage the onboarding & off boarding processes
  • Support managers and employees development
  • Be the focal point for managers & employees on HR consultation such as performance, personal and professional development etc.
  • Implement our organizational culture and values within the units
  • Implement HR strategy and best practices to support business goals
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Promote HR practices


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a global HRBP
  • At least 2 years of experience in global hiring
  • Full understanding of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proactive nature
  • Good organizational skills
  • English as a mother tongue – a must
  • Bachelor degree in Social Science/Behavioral science/Human Resources Management/ related field
